Google Earth DIV Overlay via iframe Shim

Do you need to create a div overlay on top of a Google Earth (“GE“) browser plugin rendering?

Use an iframe shim and load it AFTER the GE has rendered!

Use a timeout or render it when via a GE event such as a balloon click.

Unfortunately, it appears that transparency does not work with the overlay.
